In 2018, Barbara Wenning opened the Westside of Cincinnati's only all-female fitness studio with a simple mission: create a space where every woman feels strong, supported, and empowered — no matter her age or fitness level.
An Air National Guard veteran with ACSM and NASM certifications, an associate degree in food and nutrition from Cincinnati State, and two bodybuilding pro cards, Barbara brings real-world intensity and expertise to every session. She specializes in training women of all ages and abilities — specifically women over the age of 50, small group fitness classes, outdoor boot camps, and speed and agility for high school girl athletes.
A complete full-body workout for all fitness levels. Equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands, and core work.
Sculpt and strengthen your upper body. Equipment: resistance bands, weighted bars, dumbbells, core, and stretching.
Alternates weekly between step aerobics and full body kettlebells. Equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Build leg strength and stability with progressive overload. Equipment: resistance bands, core, and stretching.
Outdoor bootcamp when weather's nice, or full-body indoor training. Equipment: resistance bands, weighted bars, and core.
This 45-minute beginner-friendly class involves gentle movements connected to slow, intentional breathwork. Perfect for recovery days or as a standalone practice.
